ASPA Head Office team members will now be answering phone calls and email correspondence between 9am – 4pm AEST. Please see eNewsletter 2 for specific phone contact hours in your city.
The two main reasons for reviewing and making changes to phone and email communication are:
- In recent years there has been a significant shift in parent preferences regarding mode of communication; the vast majority of people now email rather than call.
- The administration and management of ASPA has for 20 years been centralised in Head Office and there is no doubt that this is the most efficient way for us to run the organisation.
It is our aim to have all relevant information available to you in the eNewsletter, on the app and on the website. Beyond this, Venue Managers at your rehearsal venue are very knowledgeable.
If you reach our voicemail system then we assure you that your call will be returned within 24 hours and usually quicker than this. We welcome the opportunity to have conversations with parents and we aim to respond, in a timely manner, to your queries whether we receive them by phone or email. We’re proud that 89% of parents who responded to our survey last year reported that they receive accurate information from our office staff team and that concerns are followed up and acted upon. We hope to keep improving on all aspects of our communication with you.
