NSW: AGC in Concert

NSW: AGC in Concert

Each year our most senior levels of the Australian Girls Choir; Camerata and Performing Choir present ‘Australian Girls Choir in Concert’ at the Concourse Concert Hall in Chatswood. Choristers will take the audience on a musical journey featuring varied and entertaining repertoire including the epic Christopher Tin’s work Temen Oblak; quirky jazz number I’m Hip; the iconic Flower Duet from Lakmé; and a celebration of music theatre in Fame. We are delighted to be presenting the performance in the Concert Hall which is both visually spectacular and acoustically excellent and has been inspired by traditional European designs.

A focus on role modelling is at the heart of the AGC philosophy with many of our littlies dreaming of one day becoming a Performing chorister. We would like to invite all junior choristers to a special ‘Meet and Greet’ opportunity with the performers after the show, where choristers will have the opportunity to ask questions and find out what it’s like to be a big girl in the Performing Choir!
