Kylie Lee-Archer

General Manager of Business Services

Kylie is currently the General Manager of Business Services at the Australian School of Performing Arts (ASPA). Her first role with ASPA was as a tutor with the Australian Girls Choir and over 24 years she has tutored all levels of the choir and toured as both a Music Director and Tour Director. Kylie’s academic qualifications include a Master of Teaching and a Graduate Certificate in Education (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). As an educator, Kylie is passionate about performing arts participation and its hidden social, language and literacy development benefits. Over the course of her career Kylie has filled many different roles and she now oversees the management of IT, People and Culture and Operations. Kylie also works in a voluntary capacity as the Program Director for the not-for-profit, Girls from Oz, which she co-founded with ASPA colleagues in 2007. Kylie enjoys the variety in her work life and especially loves that the AGC, ASPAEd and g-oz are places where children and girls can grow and develop and that ASPA is also a workplace full to the brim with development opportunities for our employees.
